Celebration of 74th Republic Day at WeSchool Campus Mumbai

The 74th Republic Day was commemorated with zest and devotion at the WeSchool Campus in Mumbai on 26th January 2023, in accordance with UGC and AICTE notifications.
Dr. Kulkarni spoke on management principles, ethics, and sustainability in his Republic Day address. He encouraged students to respect their parents and elders, do well in studies, and use their talents to serve their country.
He mentioned about GCL program of WeSchool. He also appreciated the efforts taken by Faculty, Staff, Group Director, Stalwarts Retd Professors, Management of SPM for the growth of WeSchool. Dr. Kulkarni also visited the craft exhibition which included craft projects and displays made by students on “Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav”.
Prof. Dr. Ravindra Kulkarni, Professor, Former Pro Vice Chancellor of University of Mumbai, graced the ceremony as Chief Guest. Hon’ble Chief Guest and Group Director hoisted the flag at 08:45 am which followed by National Anthem and Salute to the National Flag.
Prof. Dr. Uday Salunkhe, Group Director in his welcome speech, addressed students with words of patriotism, devotion towards the nation, concept of Global Citizen Leaders, Sustainability, personal transformation that WeSchool practices to nurture the students.

Dr. Kulkarni appreciated the contribution of students in such patriotic activities and paying their attention. The Flag Hoisting Ceremony concluded at 09:15 am. Due to the playing of patriotic national music and the airing of videos of the national war monument (NWM) on Plasma, the campus atmosphere was very patriotic and upbeat. The institution hosted a quiz competition and an essay contest in addition to the main ceremony and exhibition.
